Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 100g icing sugar

  • 125g desiccated coconut

  • 2 egg whites

Equipment

  • Bowls

  • Baking Tray

  • Oven

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 356˚F (180°C).

  2. Mix the icing sugar and desiccated coconut in a bowl.

  3. Whip egg whites in a separate bowl and then slowly incorporate the dry mixture.

  4. Place and evenly space little balls of batter onto a lined baking tray.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes.

  6. Cool for 10 minutes before eating!
