For this dinner event, we will get into the holiday spirit as well as learn to make Ika Mata with our sous chef, Emma Wan!
Ika mata is a traditional dish of Cook island, 15-hour flight away from New Zealand. Raw fish marinated in coconut milk and garnished with fresh vegetables, the dish makes a pleasant and refreshing appetizer to your table
