A UofTCooks X ISA UofT Italian Culture Night

Let's bookend Italian Culture Week with a homemade pasta workshop! Join us on Friday, October 21st from 5-9PM in the basement of St. Basil's Church (50 St. Joseph St.) where ISA will host a celebration of Italian culture and UofTCooks will teach you all about the art of homemade pasta-making. You'll learn to make, knead, and cut your own pasta dough alongside others excited to celebrate Italian Culture. We will enjoy our pasta creations topped with a fresh pomodoro sauce whipped up by the talented UofTCooks souschefs!
A $10 fee per participant will apply to cover your ingredients. If you choose to pay your fee via e-transfer and you need to cancel, please notify us 48 hours in advance of the event to receive a refund. If you choose to pay at the door and do not come prepared with your fee, you will unfortunately be turned away. Note that latecomers may forfeit the opportunity to make pasta from scratch, but will still get to enjoy a homemade meal with all of us.
