Ingredients
Shrimp
2 egg whites
flour
desiccated/shredded coconut
sesame oil
sweet chilli sauce (optional)

Paper Towel
Steps
Whip 2 egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
Use tongs to dip a single shrimp into a bowl of flour, then dip into the bowl of egg whites and then dip into a bowl of desiccated coconut.
Repeat with all shrimps.
Place skillet on medium heat and pour enough sesame oil to cover the bottom of the skillet.
Use tongs to place shrimps on skillet and fry until brown on both sides.
Place a paper towel on a plate and then place fried shrimp on top of the paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce as a dip.
