Sweet and Sour Tofu

Ingredients:
Tofu:
1/2 block of medium firm/firm tofu
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
Salt
Sweet and Sour sauce:
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
Others:
Cooking oil
Rice (optional)
Equipment:
Skillet
Knife
Cutting board
2-3 bowls
Measuring spoons
Tongs
Steps:
Tofu:
Cut tofu into cubes
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt
Mix until well combined
Set aside and let marinate
Sweet and Sour sauce:
Add 2 tablespoons of honey to a bowl
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and ketchup
Add 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce and garlic powder
Mix until well combined
Prepping:
Chop bell pepper and onion into small pieces
Cooking:
Heat oil in a hot skillet
Add tofu cubes and cook until crisp and golden-brown
Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside
Add chopped pepper and onion to the skillet
Pour in the Sweet and Sour sauce
Add tofu and stir frequently
Serve with rice or to your preference!
