Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Flat leaf parsley

  • Green onions

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Paprika

Equipment:

  • Saucepan

  • Plate

  • Bowl

  • Knife

  • Fork

Steps:

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water

  2. Cook for 8-12 minutes until eggs are hard boiled

  3. Transfer the hard-boiled eggs to a plate and carefully peel them

  4. Slice the eggs in half

  5. Remove the yolk and transfer it to a bowl

  6. Add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, flat-leaf parsley, green onions, salt, and pepper

  7. Mash them together!

  8. Fill the eggs with the mixture

  9. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
