Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • Brussel sprouts

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Balsamic vinegar

Equipment:

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Spatula

  • Bowl

  • Baking pan

  • Aluminum foil

Steps:

  1. With a knife, remove the brussel sprouts' stems and cut each brussel sprout in half.

  2. Add the brussel sprouts into a bowl and coat with olive oil

  3. Season with salt and pepper and mix well

  4. Transfer the seasoned brussel sprouts to a baking pan wrapped in aluminum foil

  5. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes

  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
