Ingredients:
1 medium onion
2 roma tomatoes
1 medium jalapeño
1/2 bunch of cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
Generous pinch salt
Equipment:
Bowl
Cutting Board
Knife
Spoon
Steps:
Cut onion, tomatoes, jalapeño and cilantro.
Add all cut vegetables to a bowl.
Juice 1/2 of a lime into the bowl containing the vegetables.
Add a generous pinch of salt (or more depending on your personal taste).
Mix everything in the bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips.
