Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion

  • 2 roma tomatoes

  • 1 medium jalapeño

  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • Generous pinch salt

Equipment:

  • Bowl

  • Cutting Board

  • Knife

  • Spoon

Steps:

  1. Cut onion, tomatoes, jalapeño and cilantro.

  2. Add all cut vegetables to a bowl.

  3. Juice 1/2 of a lime into the bowl containing the vegetables.

  4. Add a generous pinch of salt (or more depending on your personal taste).

  5. Mix everything in the bowl.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
