This stir-fry uses fresh ingredients filled with the aromas of garlic, green onions, and soy sauce. Easy and quick to prepare, this recipe provides a lot of freedom with the vegetables you have on hand – swap the onions out for broccoli, or swap the peppers out for carrots, you will still produce a beautiful and tasty dish.
Ingredients:
Stir Fry
100g Noodles, Raw
5g Garlic, Thinly Sliced
10g Green Onions, Chopped
50g Red Peppers, Batonnet
50g Yellow Peppers, Batonnet
20g Red Onions, Sliced 1/4'' Thick
50g Mushrooms, Sliced 1/4'' Thick
10mL Soy Sauce
5mL Lime Juice
Garnish
10g Bean Sprouts
5g Green Onion, Bias Cut 1/8''
5g Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
2g Sesame Seeds
Equipment:
Chopping Board
Chef Knife
Frying Pan
Steps:
Cook the noodles until al-dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Heat oil in pan on medium-medium high heat
Add in garlic and green onions. Toss until fragrant.
Add in peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Keep tossing the pan until vegetables are cooked through.
Add in the cooked noodles and toss until thoroughly mixed.
Add in soy sauce and lime juice, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Toss until thoroughly mixed.
Plate, and garnish with bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
